With our compatibility guarantee, you have six months to try out your new lenses in everyday use. During this time, you can get used to the comfort of your new single vision, multifocal, or progressive lenses. If you notice any problems during this time, we hope you will let us know so that we can work with you to find a solution.
For many reasons, seeing with new prescriptions and types of lenses can take some getting used to. If you are still not satisfied with your lenses after a certain adjustment period, we can offer you various alternatives.

Find and fix causes
In addition to checking all the measurements we have taken, we have your new lenses checked for undetected errors directly by the lens manufacturer. Modern or custom-made lenses in particular have thousands of measurement points, the resulting effect of which can only be checked by the lens manufacturer's specialists. We discuss the results with the manufacturer's experts and work together to find possible solutions.
Seeking alternatives & creating solutions
If your difficulties are not due to a technical cause, our manufacturers offer you the option of exchanging your brand-name lenses for an equivalent product or having your lenses “upgraded.” In addition, in the case of multifocal or progressive lenses, you can switch to two separate pairs of glasses. A complete return of the lenses is not covered by the manufacturer's compatibility guarantee.
If you subsequently decide on a higher-quality product, you will only pay the difference. Our experience shows that there are different ways to achieve good vision.
