The Corona virus controls city life, but not your Offensichtlich-team.
Hygiene has always been a very important topic in the field of ophthalmic optics and therefore we are well prepared. Already during the H1N1: swine flu in 2009/2010 we took precautions to protect our customers and ourselves. Thus, all equipment is regularly cleaned and disinfected by us as usual. The same applies to all frames displayed in our shop.
We happily offer you the opportunity to wash your hands with us at any time, so that you can protect our team and our customers too.
Our advice for contact lens wearers:
These days virologists like Prof. Dr. habil. Alexander Kekulé (Director of the Institute for Medical Microbiology of the University Hospital Halle (Saale)) recommend wearing glasses instead of contact lenses. The reason for this is the avoidance of frequent contact with the face on the one hand, but also a certain protective effect of glasses.
Because glasses protect against droplet infection, which is not only aimed at mouth to nose, but also at the eyes. says Alexander Kekulé.
In order to be able to be there for you specifically and to avoid larger groups, we would be pleased if you would notify your visit with us briefly. Therefore you can get in contact by phone, e-mail or our contact form.
We are looking forward to your visit and hope that you stay healthy.
Update16.03.2020 | 6 p.m.
After the announcement of the far-reaching protective measures against the corona virus by the Chancellor, it is clear that we may continue to be open for you and we will continue to comply with this.
We still recommend to announce your visit to us. Thank you very much in advance for this.
Our team is well and as long as the mayor allows us to, we are still here for you as usual. Our suppliers like Götti, Lindberg, Tinpal, Rupp+Hubrach and also Zeiss assured that the production is still running without any restrictions. Delivery times may of course fluctuate somewhat at the moment.
We would still recommend to announce your visit to us. Many thanks in advance.
